Curbside Bin Cleaning Co. is a pre-launch service in Austin, Texas. Right now this website does one thing: it collects waitlist signups. This page explains exactly what that means.
What we collect
When you submit the waitlist form, we store:
- Your email address — so we can tell you when we launch on your street.
- Your ZIP code — so we know which neighborhoods to route first. This is the whole reason we ask.
- Your first name, if you give us one. It is optional.
- The plan you selected, so we can size the first routes sensibly.
- Basic technical detail that arrives with any web request: which page you submitted from, your browser's user-agent string, the country your request came from, and a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address. We store the hash rather than the address itself, and use it only to stop bots from flooding the form.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party pixels on this site. There is no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to.
What we do with it
We use your signup to plan launch routes and to email you when service becomes available in your area. That is it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, and we will not add you to unrelated marketing.
Expect very little mail: an occasional launch update, and a note when we reach your ZIP. If you subscribed through the blog, roughly one short email a month.
Where it lives
Signups are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and this site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes the request data described above as part of delivering the site. Only the founders can read the waitlist, through an access-controlled export.
Getting removed
Reply to any email you receive from us and ask to be removed, and we will delete your record — email, ZIP, name, plan, and all associated technical detail. No hoops, no retention period. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold on you the same way.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Because the service has not launched yet, we expect to revise this page when billing, scheduling, and customer accounts come online.
